Yes, all City Home furniture comes with a limited one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in original condition and packaging. Please note that a 15% restocking fee may apply to large furniture returns.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's portal. You can also view status updates in your City Home account dashboard.
Are fabric swatches available before I purchase?
Absolutely. We offer complimentary fabric swatches for our upholstered collections to help you choose the perfect texture and color for your space. You can request them on the product page.
Do you provide assembly services?
Many of our items arrive fully assembled. For items requiring assembly, we offer a professional 'White Glove Delivery & Assembly' add-on at checkout for a flat fee.
